好望角船运价暴跌42.8%！

好望角型船（Capesize）运价指数最近一路狂跌，在上周创下13个月以来的高位（10月6日的4208点）之后，好望角型船（Capesize）的运费开始大幅下降。自10月6日的4208点以来，狂跌至10月16日的2406点，10天跌了1802点，跌幅42.8%。　　　而由于好望角型船（Capesize）运费的下跌，BDI指数近段时间以来也是呈一路下滑的趋势，由10月6日的2097点跌到10月6日的1477点。　　　　业界人士分析表示，好望角型船（Capesize）的运费主要取决于中国的政策：前段时间Capesiz型船运费的暴涨，于中国从澳大利亚大量进口铁矿石有关，在很大程度上拉动了市场的运费；而近期好望角型船（Capesize）运费的下降，主要与中国禁止进口澳大利亚煤炭有关。　　在第三季度，中国铁矿石进口创下了空前的记录，并且对生铁商品的爆炸性需求没有减缓的迹象。根据有关机构的数据，尽管当前全球因新冠病毒大流行而导致工业生产活动疲软，但中国在6月、7月和8月的铁矿石进口量分别为1.017亿吨、1.126亿吨和1.003亿吨。　　迎合中国的铁矿石需求，好望角型细分市场在第三季度蓬勃发展，以普氏CapeT4指数为基础的0.5％硫磺船用燃料平均价格为$20823/d，此前在7月6日达到$31901/d的高位。　　　　受疫情影响，贸易活动减弱，原本今年的好望角型船（Capesize）市场上对煤炭运输的需求就不佳，而中国海运煤炭需求的下滑，再加上港口对进口配额的限制，以及近段时间禁止进口澳大利亚煤炭，都进一步加剧了好望角型船运费的下行风险。　　海关总署数据显示，8月份中国的煤炭进口量从7月份的2610万吨下降至2066万吨，预计9月份、10月份会更低。　　　　一位船东表示：“尽管当前因为中国禁止进口澳大利亚煤炭，在很大程度影响了好望角型船（Capesize）的运费，但中国强劲的铁矿石需求和强劲的价格是对接下来好望角型船市场的最大支撑。”
