为逃避监管，30余吨烟花爆竹被伪装成胶带报关，企图乔装“偷渡”出口。近日，北仑交通、海事和海关等部门联手执法，在海上将这批烟花爆竹拦截下来，及时排除了险情。当天下午，北仑春晓交通执法中队与梅山海事部门联合开展水上交通安全执法时，接到群众举报，有艘刚刚从梅山港开出的商船上夹带了一批烟花爆竹。执法船立即开足马力，在海上将该商船拦下。海关、港口工作人员在岸上对货物进行开箱检查。检查发现，除了外围一圈箱子装的是胶带外，剩下的全部是各类烟花爆竹。经过清点，共收缴烟花爆竹1600余箱，总重30.75吨，价值人民币约70万元。经查，这批货物是3月17日以普通货物报关进入梅山港区的，准备运往马来西亚。目前，这批烟花爆竹已被港航公安依法扣押，存放在港区危险品临时堆放点，下步将集中销毁，公安机关将对涉案的非法行为人进行进一步调查。据悉，因为未严格核查，造成违规夹带运输危险物品，依据交通运输部《港口危险货物安全管理规定》，涉事船公司将面临罚款10万元的行政处罚。而装运该集装箱的运输企业，因未取得从事道路危险货物运输的许可，也面临3万元以上10万元以下的罚款。这是自去年6月以来，在梅山港区以及海上查获的第4起烟花爆竹走私出口案件。
